NTEU’s annual celebration of Labor Recognition Week is scheduled for the week of Sept.14–18. LRW is an important recognition of organized labor and its contributions to the federal government. During this week, we celebrate the role of NTEU in the lives of federal employees across the nation and the contributions frontline federal employees make to the daily lives of all Americans. NTEU members have stood strong together to fight for our rights and we will continue that fight for generations to come.
To kickoff LRW, on Thursday, Sep. 10 at 8 p.m., Eastern, NTEU’s Learning and Development Department will present a 45-minute webinar giving you a brief overview of the American labor movement in both the private and public sectors, including the history of NTEU itself and the importance of our unique representational model.
This webinar is a benefit exclusively for NTEU members. To attend, register with your complete first name, complete last name, phone number and non-government email address no later than 7 p.m., Eastern on Sept.10. We are unable to guarantee that your registration can be approved if you register after that time.
You will receive your Zoom link to join the webinar upon approval of your registration.
