NTEU continues to add new information to our frequently asked questions page regarding the vaccine mandate. This information is exclusively for NTEU members and you are encouraged to check the page often. Here is a sampling of the questions we have answers for:

• Am I allowed to delay getting vaccinated if I am pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant?

• Do I have to get vaccinated if I am planning to retire or otherwise separate from the service soon after the deadline?

• What obligations/liability does the government have if I suffer an injury from a COVID-19 vaccine?

• I heard my supervisor will see my vaccination status. Doesn’t that violate HIPAA?
