Faces of the Federal Workforce

Today, NTEU is launching its new website, federalfaces.org. This is an opportunity to tell your stories. The website is a platform where union members speak truthfully about their experiences with the Trump administration’s unheard-of assault on civil servants.

These are stories of pain, but also of passion. These are stories of dedicated career civil servants facing the indiscriminate impacts of an administration that has devalued, debased, and demoralized them—but also of the fight and resiliency you have demonstrated in response. Our purpose: To change the American public’s perception of the federal workforce through not only humanizing federal workers but demonstrating how your work keeps this nation running.

The Faces of the Federal Workforce campaign provides a face and voice to federal workers across the nation who this administration would prefer to remain silent. It is an opportunity to serve as a counterweight to the disinformation, mudslinging, and blatant lies that have been recklessly shared by the Executive Branch and amplified by the media.

The Faces of the Federal Workforce campaign is YOUR campaign. It is an opportunity to share stories and impact the public narrative; to speak truth into the public dialogue around your jobs and the important work you do for the American public.
