Victory! Update on NTEU’s Fight to Overturn the Exclusions Order

This afternoon, the D.C. district court granted a preliminary injunction stopping the administration from implementing its anti-union, anti-federal employee executive order (EO) that excluded tens of thousands of NTEU members from the rights afforded them under the labor statute. The judge noted that his order to stop implementation of the EO will soon be supplemented by an opinion explaining its reasoning. We are reviewing the order now and will provide more information soon. We expect the government to quickly appeal.

This is a big initial victory in what will be a continuous struggle on behalf of our members. We won’t stop fighting for you.
