We Stand Together
Here we are again caught in the middle of another government shutdown. Many of you have been furloughed, are facing financial uncertainty, and the threats of layoffs and reorganizations are putting our careers and the services we provide in jeopardy. Through all this confusion and worry, two things remain clear: We want to work and we will stand strong together! If you haven’t done so already, please visit our members-only shutdown page at nteu.org/shutdown. There, you’ll be able to find resources and up-to-date information from NTEU about this shutdown. We have no idea how long this shutdown will last, but we know for sure that our union family will come together, stand strong, and continue to advocate on behalf of ourselves, our families, and the vital work we do for the American people.
