Requirement to Attest to Vaccination Status - Consistent with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, Interior is establishing specific safety protocols for fully vaccinated people and other-than-fully vaccinated people entering our buildings and other facilities. All employees must complete and submit the online attestation form by Aug. 27, which requires that employees either attest their vaccination status or select the option “I decline to respond.” If your vaccination status changes, please update your information by submitting a new form. You do not need to be connected to the VPN to complete this form. Responses provided on the attestation form will be treated as medical information and subject to strict access controls. At this time, only Interior employees are required to attest to their vaccination status. We will be implementing similar policies for contractors, volunteers and visitors in the near future. |
