Members of NTEU Chapter 296 as of November 15, 2020, are eligible to nominate a candidate and vote in this
election. Any member wishing to nominate a candidate for the above-mentioned offices must submit
nomination(s) in writing via email to the NTEU Chapter 296 Election Committee at .
nteuchapter296election@gmail.com. This is a private email box for use of the committee; only committee
members have access to this email box. All nominations must be received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 6,
2021.

The nomination must state the name of the person being nominated and the office for which that person is being
nominated. The nominator must include his/her full name in the nomination. For example, "I nominate Jane
Doe for President in NTEU Chapter 296. Richard Jones." Self-nomination is permitted.
Nominations must be received at nteuchapter296election@gmail.com by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 6,
2021. Nominations received after that time will not be considered. Nominations submitted by any other means
will not be considered.
