FEVS Begins Next Month; NTEU Encourages Members to Participate
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announced that the 2023 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) will be administered in two waves over two consecutive weeks beginning in early May.
OPM administers the survey annually to gather information on employee satisfaction, supervisors, work environment and more. FEVS may be taken by employees on duty time and responses are confidential.
NTEU encourages members to take the survey to ensure their voices are heard about conditions in their agency, as well as experiences returning to the workplace or adjusting to a hybrid work environment.
Survey results are viewed by Congress and others to determine funding, staffing and policy changes. NTEU utilizes the results at the bargaining table, on Capitol Hill and in the media to bring about important change. Additionally, NTEU presses agencies to take action to address employee feedback from FEVS results.
