NEW! Member Benefit Offers Supplemental Insurance, Free College Degree

NTEU members now have access to supplemental insurance programs and free higher education opportunities through a new partnership with Optavise.

Supplemental health insurance pays cash directly to members to help offset non-medical expenses from a critical illness or accidental injury. Supplemental policies return 100 percent of the premiums that members pay into the policies if they do not file a claim. 

In addition, NTEU members and their family members who have not yet earned an associate or bachelor’s degree can get free tuition and e-books at one of four online universities. Credits earned can transfer to other schools, saving as much as $15,000.
