    NTEU Sets Legislative Priorities for 2023

    Yesterday, NTEU's Legislative Advisory Committee met virtually to recommend the union's priority issues for the first session of the 118th Congress. The committee recommended five priority issues to National President Tony Reardon, which will be the core of the union's legislative efforts for the year. They are:

    1. Increasing federal employee pay
    2. Protecting and enhancing benefits
    3. Ensuring agency funding
    4. Safeguarding workplace rights and protections
    5. Promoting and supporting telework and remote work
