The IRS is systematically removing NTEU materials—and NTEU materials only—from workplace common spaces and employees’ personal workstations. The IRS has stripped or covered up bulletin boards which had NTEU postings. It has confiscated NTEU materials from employees’ desks.

NTEU Asks U.S. Court of Appeals to Enforce Ex Parte Victory over IRS
In a case that is the first of its kind, NTEU has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to enforce a victory in an arbitration that IRS refused to attend based on the Exclusions Executive Order.
The NTEU victory was over an indefinite suspension.
