NTEU Celebrates Public Service Recognition Week

Public Service Recognition Week is here, a time designated by Congress to show appreciation for the important contributions of government employees. NTEU joins the nation in honoring federal employees for their service.

President Biden on Friday issued a proclamation honoring public servants and all they give to our country.

“At a time when public servants are facing threats and hostility simply for doing their jobs, their continued willingness to serve is even more meaningful and important,” the president wrote. “We have an obligation to support them and to recognize and value their commitment and sacrifice.”
