Federal Labor Relations Authority Closer to Full Capacity Nominees to the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, bringing them closer to confirmation and the FLRA closer to operating at full capacity. The FLRA plays an important role as a fair, neutral arbiter of labor-management disputes in the federal sector and a fully functioning FLRA is important to frontline civil servants. The next step is for the nominees, Colleen Kiko and Anne Wagner, to be voted out of committee and then taken to the full Senate. NTEU urges lawmakers to act quickly. |
