onight, the president signed a presidential memorandum aimed at taking away hard-earned rights of federal employees and their unions. The memorandum targets collective bargaining agreements that were reached during the final 30 days of the prior administration. Agency heads are directed to reject certain of these agreements, stripping employees of their negotiated rights. This memorandum is a continuation of the barrage of attacks against federal employees and their representatives over the past eleven days.
