If you are a probationary or temporary employee who has been terminated as part of the administration’s attempt to systematically dismantle the federal government, NTEU can help.

As you know, NTEU filed a lawsuit alongside a coalition of unions on Feb. 12 that challenges the unlawful terminations of probationary employees. We requested that the court stop these removals from taking effect and return employees to their positions.

We need you to fill out the form below seeking some basic information that should only take about 5 minutes to complete. We will use the information for various legal actions we are undertaking to get your job back and to provide you with further information on everything NTEU is doing on your behalf.
